Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchases and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
