Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Colourbox is a Ladies Fashion Boutique specialising in unique and colourful international fashion brands - previous experience in a boutique environment is essential for this position.

Responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:

§ Greet Customers, direct visitors and manage incoming calls

§ Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters

§ Suggest items - help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions

§ Always keep store neat and clean

§ Assist with client requests and inquiries

§ Client Communication (prices, styles, colours etc.)

§ Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.

§ Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Cards)

§ Upselling garments and products

§ Stock taking and Stock Management

§ Enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude at all times.

§ Packaging garments for online sales

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Experience:

Sales in Fashion Boutique: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
