JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales assistant to join our team, specializing in face-to-face sales. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in-person to promote and sell our products/services, build strong customer relationships, and help meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Present and demonstrate product/service offerings effectively and professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company brand positively and professionally in all interactions

REQUIREMENTS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High energy with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R1 000,00 - R1 500,00 per week

Work Location: In person
