Remote Calling Assistant (Part-Time, Work From Home)
We're a growing marketing agency looking for a friendly, confident communicator to join our team.
This is a fully remote, flexible role - making followup calls to warm leads for Australian businesses, including finance brokers and dental clinics. No cold calling or hard selling - you'll simply qualify enquiries, answer basic questions using a script, and book appointments where appropriate.
What you'll do:
- Call people who have already expressed interest
- Ask a few qualifying questions using a provided script
- Update our CRM with call notes
- Book appointments for our clients
