Sales Assistant Internship

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience customer service & sales (business to business)

· Must have a valid driver’s license (competent driver)

· NQF 4 & Tertiary education within the field

· Basic invoicing skills & experience

· Proficient in Excel, Word & PDF

· Must be available to start ASAP

· Reside near Parow Industria

· South African Citizenship

Responsibilities:

• Handling internal & external sales queries
• Ensure all sales leads are followed up
• Processing quotations for leads
• Ensure that all tenders applications are completed for the relevant projects
• Assist with H&S safety files
• Assist in Responsible for marketing, advertising and ensuring the business social media presence is kept current and accurate
• Ad Hoc functions as requested by the Sales & Technical Manager
• Day to day sales administration duties
• Minute keeping for all sales related meetings
• Monitor Sales Manager daily calendar

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

• Diploma (Preferred)

• sales: 4 years (Required)
