Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cannabis Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis products and their effects, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and local regulations.
- Ensure compliance and local laws regarding the sale of cannabis.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects. Training will be provided
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with local regulations.
