Job description
This position is for candidates who are eager to take full advantage of our training and development initiatives to ensure we continue with our excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Completed Matric or equivalent qualification (N3 or NQF4)
- A minimum of 1 year retail sales experience
- Proven track record of sales generation
- An affinity for outdoor or leisure related products and services advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication skills as it is expected to engage with customers and suppliers
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Key Responsibilities Include: Sales generation, housekeeping, protection of company assets, administration and customer care.
The position is structured with a basic salary and overtime (Sundays and public holidays) with additional benefits: medical aid, pension fund, staff discount and In-store incentive scheme.
