Internal / Counter Sales Position Available at our Roodepoort branch
We are looking for a motivated, customer–focused, and organized Internal Sales Person to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with sales and product enquiries
- Processing sales orders, invoices, and quotations
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing product advice, technical information and excellent customer service
- General sales admin
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
- Paint or hardware industry experience a must
- Strong communication and people skills
- Computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, Sage, Basic computer skills)
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sober habits
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Matric (Grade 12) is preferred
