Job Description

STYLE is seeking to employ a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the store.

The Sales Assistant position will also be responsible for providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping,latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently deliver superior levels of customer service
Handle point-of-sale transactions for customer purchases
Drive sales growth through proactive product recommendations
Maintain floor readiness by replenishing new merchandise
Manage accurate pricing and visual display standards
Assist management with daily operational requirements
Safeguard and track all store assets and equipment
Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Understand and work towards periodic sales objectives
Execute strategies to mitigate stock shrinkage

Qualifications

Grade 12

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

At least 1-2 years experience in similar environment
Computer literate
Ability to function effectively under pressure
Efficient time management skills
Strong precision and attention to detail
Proficiency in technology and problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication
Resourcefulness
Customer service Orientated
Capability to foster and sustain relationships
Confidence and decisiveness
Passionate about the brand
Social-media savvy & Fashionable
