Job description
Manufacturing company requires a detail orientated Sales Assistant who naturally excels at building trusting relationships, maintains a methodical and calm approach under pressure, and takes pride in accurate, detailed documentation.
Duties, include but not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accurate order processing, quoting, and data entry.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs through structured daily planning.
- Act as a dependable, highly professional point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
- Nurture existing client accounts and steady growth of the customer base through structured service.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) required. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly advantageous.
- Valid South African driver’s licence is essential.
- Able to travel when required.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred.
- Strong people skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail-orientated individual who values structure, accuracy, and following established procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Computer literate
