Sales Assistants – Pretoria Locations

Locations: Southdowns, Lukasrand and Mnandi

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our teams at our Southdowns, Lukasrand and Mnandi locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, well stocked and professionally presented.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Receive, unpack and replenish stock.
• Assist with stock counts and stock control.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store sales targets.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• At least two years’ experience as a retail Sales Assistant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional manner.
• Friendly, customer-focused and well presented.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transport to the relevant store location.
