Internal Sales Representative
Location: Wynberg Sandton, Johannesburg

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with customers, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be key to driving growth by handling new sales inquiries, managing relationships with existing clients, creating accurate quotations, and delivering top-tier customer service daily.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Check and manage incoming emails daily, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
Quoting & Invoicing: Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes for new and existing customers accurately and efficiently.
Sales Growth: Proactively assist in generating new sales leads while nurturing relationships with repeat clients.
Order Support: Process incoming orders and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order dispatch.
Customer Support: Assist walk-in or calling customers with product information, stock availability, and expert recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in a sales or internal account management role.
Email & Tech Savvy: Strong email etiquette and proficiency in basic computer systems/software for quoting and messaging.
Resilience: Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy retail/wholesale environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Sports Interest: Experience or passion for team sports, athletic gear, or outdoor equipment is a strong plus!
