Sales Assistant

Unlimited Force Marketing Pty (Ltd) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support day-to-day sales activities and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining organised sales processes, and helping drive business growth through excellent service and efficient support.

The Sales Assistant will play an important role in assisting customers, supporting the sales team, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that sales operations run smoothly. Success in this role will come from strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to support customer decision-making
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational sales tasks
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently respond to customer queries
• Ensure the sales floor or customer-facing area is well presented and organised
• Handle customer concerns or direct issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and other sales initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, retail, customer service, or sales support role
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and support shared sales goals
• Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
• Confidence in handling customer queries and resolving routine issues
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
• Basic computer literacy

Working Environment

This is an on-site role based in Claremont, South Africa. The position requires regular in-person collaboration with colleagues and direct interaction with customers.
