WE ARE HIRING: Fashion Sales Assistant

Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: R7,500 per month + R300 Travel Allowance

A premium children’s fashion boutique at the V&A Waterfront is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Fashion Sales Assistant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion, thrives on achieving targets, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Assist customers with styling and product recommendations.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
* Receive, replenish and merchandise stock.
* Process sales accurately using the POS system.
* Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience as a Fashion Sales Assistant.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience working in a boutique, premium or fashion retail environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Well-presented, confident and professional.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Valid South African ID or legal right to work in South Africa.
Female candidates are preferred by the client.
