Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a refined ambassador of our brand, delivering a warm, personalized, and memorable client experience
  • Anticipate and exceed client expectations by offering thoughtful, tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs and style
  • Consistently monitor and strive to surpass individual and store sales targets
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay attuned to evolving trends in jewellery, fashion, and design
  • Proactively seek opportunities to cultivate new client relationships and drive business growth
  • Ensure the store remains impeccably presented and fully stocked to reflect the brand’s standards of excellence

Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 qualification
  • 1 Years Sales experience (luxury or hospitality is essential)
  • Articulate and poised, with a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship and storytelling.
  • Proactive in approach and consistently exceed expectations
  • Maintains the highest standards of presentation, with a discerning eye for detail and Jewellery craftmanship
  • Navigates luxury environments with grace, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Builds genuine client relationships while maintaining confidentiality
