Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, In this role you will be responsible for helping customers throghout the buying process and also ensuring satisfaction also provide product information.

As a sales associate you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build rapport you should have a strong great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with others and passionate about promoting and selling products.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance
• Greet customer, understand their needs and guide them in selecting products or services that meet their requirements
• Product knowledge
• Promotions to provide accurate recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Passed matric/Grade12
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Motivation to meet goals and contribute to team success
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer service,retail or sales
• Comfort speaking with customers over the phone or in person
