Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions, and achieving sales goals.
Roles Responsibilities
°Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
°Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
°Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
°Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
°Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
°Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
°Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
°Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
°Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
°Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements Skills
°Matric Grade12 vs Level4
°Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
°Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
°Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
°Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
°Excellent time management and organizational skills.
°Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
°Willingness to travel for client meetings or events as required
