Job Purpose
To lead the Sales and Client Success teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional client service. This role addresses the need for strategic sales leadership to scale operations, improve client retention, and maintain regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Sales and Client Success teams to achieve revenue targets.
* Develop strategies for selling Albion’s core services: UK company formation, nominee director/shareholder services, registered office address, VAT registration, and banking support.
* Oversee client onboarding and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain 100% regulatory adherence.
* Partner with marketing and operations to optimize service delivery and client experience.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Required Skills
* Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
* Strong knowledge of UK company law, Companies House requirements, and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
* Familiarity with nominee director/shareholder services, registered office solutions, and post-formation compliance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain high client satisfaction.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and remote team management.
* Ability to ensure adherence to UK Companies Act 2006 and PSC register requirements.
Qualifications
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
* Experience in corporate services or financial compliance sector preferred.
* Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and AML/KYC requirements.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Working Conditions
* Primarily remote work with secure access to CRM and compliance systems.
* Frequent virtual meetings with clients, compliance officers, and banking partners.
* Must adhere to UK GDPR and information security protocols.
* Occasional travel for strategic meetings or client engagements.
Compliance Requirements
* Full adherence to UK Companies Act 2006, PSC register transparency, and AML/KYC regulations.
* Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
* Ensure beneficial ownership disclosure and compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
* Collaborate with compliance officers to monitor evolving UK regulatory frameworks.
