Sales & Business Development Representative – Security Services

About Bee Force Security

Bee Force Security is a growing security services company providing professional security solutions to businesses, residential properties, construction sites and other clients.

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Client Acquisition professional who can actively identify new business opportunities and secure security service contracts.

This is a business development-focused position for someone who is confident approaching decision-makers, building relationships and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target businesses and organisations that require security services
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email and face-to-face visits
• Approach business owners, property managers, facility managers and other decision-makers
• Arrange meetings and conduct presentations with potential clients
• Promote Bee Force Security's security services and explain the benefits to prospective clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards securing contracts
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for security services at:
• Office buildings
• Residential complexes and estates
• Retail stores and shopping centres
• Construction sites
• Warehouses and industrial properties
• Schools and other institutions
• Commercial properties
• Events and other sites requiring security
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and provide regular sales updates
• Meet agreed monthly client-acquisition and sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase Bee Force Security's client base

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
• Experience selling services to businesses is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in the security industry will be an advantage
• Existing relationships or contacts with businesses, property managers, facility managers or other potential clients will be advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Confident approaching decision-makers and introducing services to new clients
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Professional appearance and communication
• Good administrative and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport will be an advantage

Compensation

Basic Salary: R10,000 per month + Commission

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to increase their earnings through commission based on successfully acquired business.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hunter-style salesperson someone who actively looks for opportunities rather than waiting for leads to be provided.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable walking into businesses, making calls, contacting decision-makers, arranging meetings and following up until an opportunity becomes a client.

A candidate with an existing network of businesses or experience securing security, cleaning, facilities management or other commercial service contracts would be particularly valuable.
