- Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Promote our financial solutions professionally and ethically.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build rapport and identify clients' financial needs.
- Accurately capture client information on internal systems.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Follow all compliance and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre sales experience.
- Proven sales track record in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Clear criminal and credit record will be advantageous.
