Flash takes independent convenience stores online with 0% commission, in‑store prices and exclusive delivery territories. We’re growing fast and need another hungry closer to turn warm ad leads into new partner stores.
The role
You’ll run consultative, two‑call closes with warm convenience-store leads generated from our Meta ads and inbound funnel. No cold calling. Your job:
Turn interest into committed, paying Flash partners.
What you’ll do
- Speak to pre-booked demo calls with UK convenience store owners
- Run structured discovery on their shop, sales and delivery situation
- Present the Flash offer clearly (0% commission, territory, launch support)
- Handle objections (drivers, “will I get orders?”, money) with confidence
- Close on the One-Time Offer or monthly plan using our proven process
- Work closely with setters to maximise show rate and pipeline quality
- Keep CRM notes clean and accurate; own your daily KPIs and revenue targets
What success looks like
In your first 90 days you will:
- Hit and then beat your monthly revenue target
- Consistently close from a set, warm pipeline
- Maintain high show rates, follow-up and rebook no-shows
Real earnings from July 2026:
- Sebestian: £8,600 total (base + commission)
- Cillian: £5,300 total (base + commission)
Strong performers are expected to reach £10,000+ per month OTE once fully ramped.
