Position: Call Center Agent

Employment Type: Full-Time (Office Based)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: R4 000 – R5 000 Basic + Commission + Performance Incentives
About the Role
GetBoosted is expanding its sales and client advisory team and is looking for experienced sales and support professionals to join our Paarl office.
This role is designed for individuals who already understand consumer credit, loans, debt counseling, or credit score management and are comfortable advising clients while closing sales.
You will work with qualified leads and existing clients to help them understand and improve their credit position while introducing them to the GetBoosted platform and services.
This is a high-performance environment where experienced agents are rewarded with strong commissions and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via telephone and digital channels
- Assess client credit situations and explain available solutions
- Convert qualified leads into paying subscribers
- Provide guidance on credit reports, credit score improvement, and financial wellness tools (Training provided_
- Handle inbound client queries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and client records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Required Experience
Applicants should have experience in at least one of the following industries:
- Personal loans or credit products
- Tele Sales / Support
- Debt counselling / debt review
- Credit bureau or credit score services
- Financial services telesales
- Collections or credit support services
- Insurance or financial advisory call centres
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years call centre sales or financial services experience
- Comfortable explaining credit reports or financial products,
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability
- Confident communicator over the phone
- Target driven with strong work ethic
- Professional and client-focused
- Multilingual ability advantageous (Afrikaans, English, isiXhosa beneficial)
