Job description

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team as Debt Review Sales Consultants. If you have a passion for helping people and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, we’d love to hear from you.

No previous debt review experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contact potential clients and explain the debt review process.
Assess customer needs and determine eligibility.
Build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, positive, and self-motivated.
Target-driven with a willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills.
Previous sales, call centre, or debt review experience is advantageous but not essential.
