We are seeking a driven, confident, and results-focused Sales Representative to become part of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building lasting business relationships, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Present the company's products and services to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how the company's offerings can meet their needs.
• Guide clients through the sales journey, from the initial enquiry and product presentation to negotiations and finalizing sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and ongoing assistance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, leads, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
• Consistently work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business performance.

Requirements

• A valid Code 8 driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Own laptop for completing daily work-related tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively when solving problems.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• A self-driven attitude and the ability to work towards sales targets.
• A professional, positive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with different types of customers.

Salary, Commission and Benefits

• Basic salary ranging from R5,300 to R20,000, depending on experience and performance.
• Unlimited earning potential through commission, with no minimum sales threshold.
