Sales Consultant – Kitchens & Cupboards

Perfect DIY Cupboards is looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their kitchen and cupboard requirements, providing product guidance, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers, has a strong sales mindset and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with their kitchen and cupboard requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and assist customers with placing orders.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential sales.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Work towards achieving sales targets.
• Promote the company's products, services and current promotions.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, pricing, lead times and ordering processes.
• Assist customers in understanding our DIY-friendly products and ordering process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and potential leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the production and administration teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Maintain a professional and organised showroom/sales environment.

Requirements :

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Create 3D drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and friendly personality.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and work with quotations.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
