Edge Fitness is looking for a driven, energetic, and results-focused Membership Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated by performance and results in a fast-paced fitness environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving membership sales for your assigned club by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting enquiries into long-term members. The role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and closing, while consistently delivering on sales targets and brand standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Matric qualification
• Minimum 2 years outbound or direct sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets over a sustained period
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional presentation style
• Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of pricing, value, and market positioning
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
