Role Purpose
As a Sales Consultant at Leroy Merlin, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers discover products and solutions that t their needs while creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Leroy Merlin in-store, engaging directly with customers
- Help customers identify products and solutions that fit their needs
- Create a positive, welcoming, and helpful shopping experience
- Drive in-store sales through effective product knowledge and customer interaction
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Support the overall performance and success of the store
Qualification and Experience
- Be the in-store representative of Leroy Merlin, engaging directly with customers
- Assist customers in identifying suitable products and solutions based on their needs
- Deliver a welcoming, positive, and helpful shopping experience at all times
- Drive in-store sales through strong product knowledge and effective customer interaction
- Provide consistently excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
- Support overall store performance and achievement of sales targets
- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
- Operate POS systems and basic computer applications efficiently
- Maintain physical capability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift/move stock when necessary
