Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Credit Advisor / Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their credit-related needs, and presenting suitable solutions and services. Responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, explaining service offerings, preparing proposals, following up with leads, maintaining accurate client records, and closing sales.
The role requires a professional, client-focused individual who can effectively communicate value, build trust, and consistently achieve performance targets while representing the company's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients
- Assess client credit-related needs and objectives
- Present and explain Alum Credit Advisory services
- Follow up on leads and client enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client outcomes
Minimum Requirements
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Own laptop or computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous sales or financial services experience will be advantageous
