Ukhamba-DN Finance is a credit repair specialist based in Durban, helping South Africans take control of their credit health. Our services include removing debt review flags, clearing admin order and judgement flags, assisting fraud victims in restoring their credit profiles, and our flagship offering, Credit Fix - helping clients resolve unpaid old and new accounts to improve their credit scores. We're growing our outbound sales team and looking for driven, persuasive people to help more South Africans get their financial futures back on track.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first voice our leads hear. You'll work a steady flow of warm and cold leads, cold call prospective clients, explain our credit repair services clearly and confidently, handle objections, and close sales. This is a target-driven role suited to someone who thrives on the phone, isn't afraid of rejection, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of turning a "no" into a "yes."

What You'll Do

• Cold call leads from provided lists and follow up on inbound/warm leads
• Pitch Ukhamba-DN Finance's products and services, including Credit Fix, debt review flag removal, admin order/judgement removal, and fraud removal services
• Qualify prospects and identify which service best fits their credit situation
• Handle objections professionally and confidently to convert leads into paying clients
• Accurately capture client information and call outcomes in our systems (CRM)
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call volume and sales targets
• Follow up with prospects who don't convert on the first call
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product range and stay current on offers/promotions
• Work closely with the sales team lead to report on pipeline and performance
• Ensure all client interactions are compliant, professional, and in line with company policy

What We're Looking For

• Copy of your highest qualification
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a call centre environment (advantageous but not always essential - strong sales attitude matters more)
• Basic spoken English (additional South African languages a plus)
• Confident, clear telephone manner with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Resilient - comfortable with high call volumes and handling rejection
• Target-driven with a genuine hunger to earn commission
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales floor environment
• No criminal record (role involves handling sensitive financial information)
