Job Description:
Are you passionate about Sales and skilled in customer service? We're seeking a Photography Studio Booking Consultant to join our team. As a Booking Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client bookings, coordinating studio schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle client inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and Bulk SMS
2. Assist clients in selecting the appropriate studio packages and services to meet their needs.
3. Coordinate studio schedules, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
4. Provide personalized assistance to clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns.
5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
6. Proactively follow up with clients to confirm bookings and address any changes or adjustments.
7. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring each client receives a positive and memorable experience.
8. Stay updated on studio offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote services to clients.
9. Contribute to the overall success of the studio by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage bookings and schedules.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in computer software, including booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Self-driven and competitive nature with strong entrepreneurial drive
8. Tertiary education in Sales, Marketing and/or business may be advantageous
Job Type:
Full-time
- Basic Salary Plus 20% Commission on sales generated after achieving monthly target
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Performance is rewarded. There is no limit to what a top performing consultant can achieve.
