About the Role
WOMAG is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support one of our senior external sales executives.
Working within our premium natural stone, porcelain tile and surface solutions business, you'll play a key role in coordinating projects, preparing quotations, processing orders and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and homeowners in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
This role is ideal for someone with previous sales coordination or sales support experience who enjoys organisation, administration and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to an external sales executive.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documentation.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate deliveries, collections and project timelines.
- Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, developers and homeowners.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals and outstanding information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate internally with the sales, operations and logistics teams.
- Assist with meeting preparation, presentations and sales materials.
- Help ensure a seamless and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Sales Administration role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple software systems.
Advantageous
- Experience within interiors, architecture, construction, kitchens, tiles, natural stone, porcelain or luxury retail.
- Experience preparing quotations, invoices and coordinating customer orders.
- An interest in design, interiors and architectural finishes.
