Sales Coordinator

This role is the commercial engine room of the Motion Icon and OOH sales function. The role owns sales traffic control, quoting, pricing support, and presentation preparation across both the Motion Icon escalator step-branding medium and traditional OOH inventory. It is the central point of coordination between the sales team, operations, finance, and PIMS, ensuring every opportunity moves from enquiry to closed contract accurately, quickly, and on the correct commercial terms.

1. PIMS & Inventory Management Operate PIMS as the system of record for availability, bookings, holds, and flighting across Motion Icon and traditional OOH

inventory.

Capture, maintain, and verify inventory, rates, and booking data with full accuracy and correct site/owner attribution.

Run availability checks, place and manage holds, and resolve clashes before they reach the client.

Maintain data integrity in PIMS and flag attribution or inventory discrepancies to the MD for resolution.

2. Sales Traffic Control Act as traffic controller for the full sales team – tracking every live

opportunity, deadline, and deliverable from enquiry through to confirmed booking.

Coordinate flighting schedules, material deadlines, and installation

timing with operations and production.

Keep the sales pipeline current and visible; chase outstanding

actions and pre-empt bottlenecks.

Serve as the single coordination point between sales, operations, finance, and clients on booking logistics

3. Quoting & Pricing Prepare accurate, professional quotes and proposals across

Motion Icon step branding and traditional OOH mediums. Act as the go-to resource for commercial and pricing strategy – packaging, rate application, discount structures, and deal construction.

Ensure all quotes apply correct rate cards, gross-profit assumptions, and approval thresholds before release.

Support the MD and sales team in structuring deals for value and renewal, not one-off transactions.

3. Presentation & Proposal Support Build and refine client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents to a professional standard.

Translate inventory, pricing, and campaign concepts into clear, persuasive client materials. Maintain a current library of templates, rate cards, mock-ups, and supporting collateral.

5. Commercial & Reporting Support Produce sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for the MD and sales team.

Track conversion, booked revenue, and outstanding pipeline; surface variances early.

Support month-end commercial processes and reconciliation alongside finance.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
