Job description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about creating outstanding sales experiences. As a Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be key in helping customers, meeting their needs, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities*:*

Sales*:*Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services while meeting sales targets
*Customer**Service:*Greet, assist, and advise customers to ensure a positive and professional experience
Lead Generation*:*Identify new sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships for loyalty and retention
Product Knowledge*:*Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits
Teamwork*:*Work closely with the team to achieve branch and company goals
Problem Solving*:*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements*:*

Matric Certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
Previous experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Age: 18 - 30 years
