As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be one of the key faces of SSR and the first impression many clients have of us. You'll connect with HR professionals around the world, understand their needs, and guide them to the right software through tailored recommendations and honest advice. We're a small, dynamic team that prizes adaptability and growth, so expect to wear multiple hats and grow into the role over time.

Your work will directly shape confident software decisions for HR teams globally while helping drive our next stage of growth.

The position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in South Africa.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage HR and TA clients through thoughtful warm and cold outreach
• Build and maintain deep expertise on the HR software market through ongoing research
• Keep an organized, up-to-date CRM that tracks every client and opportunity
• Manage a pipeline of HR and TA professionals actively in-market for HR software
• Uncover each client's unique needs through clear, human phone and email conversations
• Match qualified professionals with the best-fit vendors based on their requirements and each vendor's ideal customer profile

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (sales, recruiting, customer success, or account management)
• Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or HR tech, or genuine familiarity with HR software, is a strong plus
• Fluent, professional English communication that builds trust across cultures and time zones
• Authentic communication skills that resonate with clients and feel human, not scripted
• Tech-savviness and a solid grasp of how software is used in business settings
• A talent for personalized outreach that feels genuine and engaging
• Excellent time management, organization, and self-direction in a fully remote environment
• Reliable home internet and a quiet space for client calls
