About Us
Front of House ABA is a fast-growing marketing agency working with ABA therapy companies across the United States. We help clinics get found online through websites, social media, content and SEO, so they can reach more families who need their services.
We're a small, ambitious team, and we're looking for a driven salesperson to help us grow.
The Role
You'll be the first voice our future clients hear. Your job is to pick up the phone, start conversations with ABA clinic owners in the US, and book them onto calls with our director. You'll also reach out on LinkedIn and by email, follow up with leads, and keep our pipeline full.
This is a role for someone who loves the phone, isn't scared of hearing "no", and gets a buzz from closing the deal.
What You'll Earn
- R6,000 basic salary every month
- R2,000 for every client you sign, with no cap on how many
- What you put in is what you get out:
- 3 sales a month = R12,000
- 5 sales a month = R16,000
- 8 sales a month = R22,000
- Full training on the US industry and our services
- Room to grow as the company grows
What You'll Do
- Cold call ABA clinic owners and decision-makers in the US
- Send personalised LinkedIn messages and emails
- Follow up with warm leads until they book or say no
- Book qualified discovery calls into our director's calendar
- Keep our CRM updated with every call, note and follow-up
- Hit your daily call and outreach targets
What We're Looking For
- You're genuinely happy cold calling, every day
- You're self-driven and don't need someone watching you to put in the work
- Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, friendly phone manner
- At least 1 year of sales, call centre, telesales or appointment setting experience
- Resilient: rejection doesn't slow you down
- Organised, with great follow-up habits
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Monday.com or similar) is a bonus
- Healthcare or agency sales experience is a bonus, but not required
What You'll Need
- A reliable laptop and a quiet place to work
- Stable, fast internet
- Backup power for load shedding
- Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts to match US business hours
