Job description
Dandelion Civilization is looking for a Sales Development Representative with hospitality experience who is ready to move beyond traditional hotel work into a more flexible, international, and innovative environment.
About Us
We are building a modern digital product for the hospitality industry - helping hotels work better with people, employee profiles, team development, and internal processes.
We are now growing in Europe and are looking for someone to initiate conversations with hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality companies.
This is a fully remote, full-time role. Our head office is in Dubai, but you can work from anywhere.
About the role
This role is for someone who understands hotels, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to use their hospitality knowledge in a new way - not inside one hotel, but across the European hospitality market.
What you will do
You will represent Dandelion Civilization in the European hospitality market. Your main tasks will be to:
- contact hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality companies across Europe;
- make cold calls and introduce our product in a professional, clear, and natural way;
- find the right decision-makers: General Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, Owners, and corporate representatives;
- explain the value of our product in simple hospitality language;
- arrange online meetings and product presentations;
- follow up with potential clients and build trust over time;
- keep track of contacts, conversations, feedback, and next steps;
- share market feedback with the team and help us improve how we present the product.
This is not about reading the same script every day. It is about starting real conversations, understanding what hotels need, and helping an innovative product find its place in the market.
What we expect from you
- Experience in hotels, hospitality, travel, HoReCa, or corporate hospitality sales.
- Good understanding of how hotels work and who makes decisions inside them.
- Confidence in speaking with new people and making cold calls.
- Professional communication with hotel managers, owners, and corporate teams.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Open-minded attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in innovation, digital products, and the future of hospitality.
- Calm, positive, and persistent approach to sales.
Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
What we offer
- Fully remote full-time position — work from anywhere.
- International company with head office in Dubai.
- Focus on the European hospitality market.
- Opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality innovation product.
- Freedom to organize your work and contribute ideas.
- Direct communication with the core team.
- Real influence on how we approach the market.
- Professional growth in corporate sales, hospitality innovation, and international business.
- A dynamic environment where your feedback and initiative matter.
Dandelion Civilization is not a traditional hospitality company and not a standard corporate office. We are building a product for the future of hospitality - where people, service, development, and digital tools work together in a smarter way.
If you have hospitality experience and feel ready for more freedom, more growth, and a modern international environment, we would be happy to meet you.
