Job description

We optimize everyone else's conversion. Now we're scaling our own.

We've spent 20 years helping mid-market ecommerce and SaaS companies run A/B tests that move revenue. Over 50,000 tests. We're good at it.

For years, most of our business came from reputation. Last year we built a real outbound engine: the system, the scripts, the cadences, the targeting. It works. Now we need someone to run it at full volume.

What you'd own:

Dialing 6 hours a day. High volume, every day, using our system
Talking to CEOs and VPs of Marketing at mid-market ecom and SaaS companies
Booking qualified appointments for our team
Flagging what's working and what's not so we keep sharpening the scripts

What I need from you:

2+ years of outbound B2B experience with real phone volume, not 20 dials a day
Proven track record booking meetings with senior decision makers
Comfortable following a system. The playbook exists. Your job is to execute it well and help us improve it
Clear, confident communicator. You'll be talking to executives who can smell a script being read badly
Working standard North American business hours ( 8 am to 5 pm CST)
