About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative with excellent spoken and written English communication skills to join our team as a Sales Development Representative in Cape Town.

This is an outbound sales role where your focus will be generating qualified meetings through high volume cold calling. You will be speaking with senior decision makers, building interest in our services, and creating new business opportunities.

We provide a high quality prospect database through our CRM, so you can focus on having productive conversations instead of searching for leads. Our ideal candidate has experience managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Make between 80 and 120 outbound calls each day using our CRM
• Identify business opportunities and qualify prospective clients
• Send follow up emails where appropriate using our CRM
• Build rapport quickly and confidently communicate the value of our services
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, conversations, and follow up actions within our CRM
• Consistently achieve daily activity targets, appointment targets, and performance KPIs

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, sales development, lead generation, or owning the sales lifecycle from end to end
• Comfortable making between 80 and 120 outbound calls each day
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection handling skills
• Confident engaging with senior executives and business owners
• Highly resilient, self motivated, and results focused
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have stable Internet, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
• Experience selling B2B services
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
