Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own pure outbound cold calling for a fast-moving B2B data and sales intelligence platform. You will work from pre-built prospect lists, make high-volume outbound calls, and convert cold contacts into booked meetings for the sales team.

This is a cold calling role, not a warm inbound role. There are no hand-raisers, no inbound leads to work, and no email sequences to hide behind. You will be dialing cold prospects all day, handling objections, and booking meetings through sheer volume and skill. If you are comfortable on the phone, resilient under rejection, and motivated by a clear and measurable output, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work OnHigh-Volume Outbound Cold Calling

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from pre-built lists every day
• Open cold conversations professionally and pivot quickly to qualify interest and book a meeting
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked outcome
• Maintain a consistent, high call volume throughout the full working day without losing energy or quality

Meeting Booking and Pipeline Management

• Book qualified meetings for the sales team as the primary output metric for this role
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-up notes accurately in the CRM after every call
• Keep prospect records clean and current so the sales team has full context going into every meeting

Process and Performance

• Follow the calling script and objection handling frameworks provided while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and meeting booking targets consistently
• Flag patterns in objections, prospect quality, or list performance to help improve the outbound process over time

What You Bring* Prior outbound cold calling experience with a track record of booking meetings from cold conversations

• Confident, natural, and resilient phone presence with the ability to stay sharp across a high volume of calls
• Fluent, clear, and professional spoken English — this is a phone-only role and your voice is everything
• Comfortable with rejection and able to reset quickly between calls without losing momentum
• Organized with clean CRM habits and accurate call logging
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional calling environment
• Available to work full-time during US business hours

Nice to Have* Experience cold calling for a B2B SaaS, data, or technology company

• Familiarity with sales engagement or power dialer platforms
• Background in a high-volume outbound sales environment with daily call targets
