About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound B2B prospecting, qualify high-value business opportunities, and schedule meetings with executive decision-makers.

In this role, you'll support both the company's commercial growth and client acquisition initiatives by combining cold calling, LinkedIn Social Selling, AI-powered sales workflows, and content marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with C-level executives, creating engaging content, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B prospecting through LinkedIn and daily cold calling.
• Qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings with CEOs, General Managers, and C-level executives.
• Create and publish weekly LinkedIn content to nurture prospects and increase brand visibility.
• Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter to engage the company's network.
• Collaborate on the creation and optimization of outreach sequences, phone scripts, and objection-handling strategies.
• Research, segment, and manage prospect databases using business intelligence platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve sales productivity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline using Pipedrive or similar platforms.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales and lead generation.
• Proven experience with:
• LinkedIn prospecting
• Cold calling
• Appointment setting
• Lead qualification
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage corporate decision-makers.
• Strong business writing skills for creating professional LinkedIn posts and newsletters.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, text-generation platforms, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting and automation platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Sabi, or similar prospecting tools.
• Experience selling professional services or B2B consulting solutions.
• Familiarity with the Spanish corporate market and executive-level sales conversations.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve commercial processes and outbound sales performance.
