High Rise Financial is a fast-growing financial and medical liens company. We have two service offerings:

Plaintiff Cash Funding: We provide money upfront to clients who are hurt due to an accident, instead of having to wait for their legal case to settle. We take pride in helping our community by keeping our injured clients financially afloat during difficult times due to an accident that was not their fault.

Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien/LOP: We have a network of doctors, surgery centers and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien/LOP. We provide funding for surgery centers and hospital fees. We also provide loans and purchase medical provider portfolios.

REMOTE POSITION & HOURS
This is a remote position, where you would be living and working outside the United States from your own home. We offer training for all our job duties. You will not be an employee of High Rise Financial as you will be living and working in your native country, outside of the United States.
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
Days: Monday – Friday USA times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our sales team through proactive outreach to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting. You will engage healthcare decision-makers to identify financing needs, educate them on our solutions, and determine whether they may be a good fit for our programs.
Your primary responsibility will be to create qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for our senior sales consultants. Your job is to:
- Make 50-75 outbound calls daily to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Research and identify qualified prospects within assigned territories.
- Engage office managers, practice administrators, physicians, CFOs, and other healthcare decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand the practice’s financial goals, operational challenges, and financing needs.
- Determine whether prospects meet established qualification criteria.
- Gather key information regarding practice size, specialties, ownership structure, financing needs, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Outside Sales Consultants.
- Accurately document all prospect interactions, notes, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Must have 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or non-retail sales experience. Healthcare/medical practice B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Proven success making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be quick and efficient with basic computer tasks such as writing, responding to emails, and navigating CRM systems (salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level decision makers.
- Ability to overcome objections and navigate gatekeepers.
- Speaks English fluently and clearly.
- Have a quiet place at home to work in.
- Consistent and reliable internet access.
- Your own computer (with a camera).
- A banking account that accepts international wires as payments.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and productive in a remote work environment.
- Our policy does not allow staff to hold secondary jobs while engaged with the company.

- In addition to the hourly pay compensation, you will receive Sales Commissions (5081.07 ZAR a month on the low end up to 11, 855.82+ ZAR per month on the higher end)
