Job description
We’re hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team, supporting SATIGO deliver digital talent and Statement of Work (SoW) solutions into the UK Public Sector.
Whilst this role is remote, we are specifically looking for people in Cape Town South Africa as this is the hub we are building.
This is not a passive role. You will be on the front line of our growth, speaking directly to senior decision-makers and opening doors into high-value client accounts.

What you’ll be doing
- Conducting high-volume outbound calls to a targeted list of prospects
- Following up every conversation with structured email outreach
- Pitching:
- Statement of Work (SoW) delivery services (project-based tech teams)
- Permanent recruitment solutions
- Working from a proven script and outreach playbook
- Booking qualified meetings for senior consultants
- Keeping CRM fully up to date with activity and outcomes
- Learning how to engage senior stakeholders across the UK market
What we’re looking for
- Confident communicator (phone + written)
- Strong work ethic and resilience — you’ll be making a lot of calls
- Commercial mindset and interest in sales
- Coachable and able to follow a structured process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
