Sales Development Representative - Fully Remote, Full-Time (South Africa) Drive qualified sales opportunities for UK and US markets in this results-focused outbound role. Build multi-channel cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn, convert cold prospects into held meetings, and maximise earning potential via uncapped commission. Success is measured by opportunities created, not activity volume.

Requirements

Proven SDR or B2B outbound appointment-setting experience with qualified meetings booked and held
Strong cold calling, objection handling and qualification skills
Experience creating structured cadences across phone, email and LinkedIn
CRM and pipeline management proficiency
Ability to quickly learn and communicate technology services

Preferred

Technology or IT services sales background
Account-based prospecting experience
Selling to owner, director or C-level decision-makers
