They're looking for a commercially driven Sales Director, Africa to lead their regional growth strategy, build strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue across the continent.

What You'll Be Doing

As Sales Director, you'll own the commercial strategy for Africa, identifying new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing partners.

• Developing and executing the regional sales strategy across African markets.
• Identifying and securing new B2B partnerships with operators, affiliates, and strategic stakeholders.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to contract signature and account handover.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Representing the business at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Delivering accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a commercially astute sales leader who understands both the opportunities and complexities of Africa's gaming landscape.

• Proven experience in a senior B2B sales or commercial leadership role within the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.
• A strong network of operator relationships across African markets.
• Demonstrated success in winning new business and exceeding commercial targets.
• Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of regulated and emerging African gaming markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• A willingness to travel across Africa and internationally as required.
