Calibre Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia, servicing customers across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and beyond. Our remote team in the Philippines works closely with our Australian operations to deliver a smooth, professional experience for every customer, from first enquiry through to booking and beyond.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to own our residential and commercial sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for new customers, responding to enquiries, following up on leads and quotes, and converting interest into confirmed bookings. This is an end-to-end sales role: you manage the lead from first contact through to booking, keep the CRM accurate, and follow up with customers after their clean to encourage repeat business.

You will work with a modern tool stack including Pipedrive (CRM), Aircall (phone), Slack, and our booking systems, alongside a supportive sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond to inbound sales enquiries promptly via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Outbound Outreach: Follow up on leads, quotes, and prospects who have not yet converted.
• Quote Assistance: Prepare and send service quotes to prospective clients using approved templates and pricing.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, clients, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Booking Coordination: Convert confirmed leads into bookings and coordinate scheduling with the operations team.
• Customer Follow-Up: Check in with new and existing clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
• Pipeline Reporting: Track and report on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activity on a regular basis.
• Sales Support: Assist with preparing sales materials, updating scripts, and supporting any campaigns or promotions.
• Inbox & Enquiry Management: Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to within agreed timeframes.
• Other Tasks: Any other sales-related tasks reasonably assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles, ideally with Australian, US, or UK customers
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident, and friendly phone manner
• Proven ability to follow up persistently and convert enquiries into confirmed sales or bookings
• Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive experience is a strong plus) and comfort learning new tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail, especially with quotes, pricing, and record keeping
• Self-motivated and reliable when working remotely, with good time management
• Experience in home services, cleaning, or another service-based business is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• 17-20k Rand per month starting salary, paid fortnightly (every second Thursday)
• Sales incentives paid out monthly
• 15 days annual leave per year
• 12 days sick leave per year
• All Victorian (Australia) public holidays off; skeleton staff who work a public holiday can choose a day in lieu or 2x penalty rates

Working Hours

• Full time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with a 1 hour lunch break
• Rotating roster between 8am and 5pm AEST/AEDT
