Sales Executive

As a consultant of Esquire Technologies Sales Division, you are expected to maintain an acceptable level of professionalism and technical performance. By accepting this, you also accept, as a minimum, the following job requirement:

• Revive old customers and generate new business.
• Follow up and follow through with all client/customer enquiries and orders.
• Represent Esquire Technologies in the highest professional manner, through all written and verbal communications with our clients
• Promote and follow the company’s business policies and procedures as they apply to product pricing and administration
• Maintain maximum client satisfaction for all customers at all times
• Discuss and position of the Esquire Technologies products
• Maintain a minimum level of business activity to meet the goal assignment outlined in the compensation plan:
• Start a minimum of 8 new evaluations each month to bring them to become a loyal customer of Esquire Technologies. Out of the 8 evaluations, sign up a minimum of 5 new customers on a monthly basis
• Maintain regular communication with assigned Esquire Technologies Sales Manager to identify Sales priorities
• Accept client telephone calls and service their requirements:
• Place orders
• Give pricing information
• Give feedback on placed orders
• Give information on payments received
• Give feedback on the status of machines to be built/customized
• Give feedback on delivery schedules and timelines
• Give feedback on warranty items and returns procedures
• Phone clients to solicit business, including but not limited to:
• Regular clients
• New clients who want to register or have registered
• Dormant clients
• Any potential clients
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to get completed orders collected or delivered and to verify if orders need to be cancelled
• Hand in daily list of sales orders to be cancelled
• Deal with any email leads and requests from clients to obtain business
• Respond to order requests
• Request for quotes
• Any and all requests from customers, even if it means indicating that we cannot assist

The roles and responsibilities of staff in this department include the above mentioned tasks but are not limited to.

Pay: R6 666,79 - R10 000,00 per month

Education:

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales , preferably under IT Sector: 2 years (Preferred)
