JOB OPENING: NEW VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT

Position: New Car Sales Executive

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our busy dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales targets, managing customer leads, delivering exceptional service, and promoting vehicle accessories and value-added products.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly new vehicle unit and gross profit targets.
Conduct professional product presentations and customer test drives.
Prospect for new business and build a strong referral pipeline.
Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the vehicle delivery process.
Follow up on customer leads promptly via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
2+ years of successful track record in dealership sales.
Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 / B) is non-negotiable.
Solid understanding of vehicle finance and sales regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and closing skills.

Remuneration

Market-related Basic Salary
Uncapped Commission Structure
Company Benefits (Medical Aid & Pension contributions where applicable)
