Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up services.
• Actively reach out to potential clients to showcase Hyundai products and services.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the automotive market trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and manage customer inquiries throughout the purchasing process.
• Attend promotional events and activities to support brand awareness and growth.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric role within the automotive industry.
• Relevant sales certifications or training in negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies in auto sales.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus in enhancing customer interactions.
