About the Role

We're looking for a confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Your primary focus will be generating new business through outbound telesales, cold calling, and proactive outreach to businesses across the UK and UAE. You'll identify opportunities, qualify prospects, build relationships, and book meetings for our senior team, playing a key role in the agency's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound telesales and cold calling to prospective clients across the UK and UAE.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
• Represent Mason Circle professionally and confidently in every interaction.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience in telesales, business development, or outbound sales.
• Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Is resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections.
• Is highly organised and able to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Has excellent spoken and written English. This is essential, as you'll be working with clients across the UK and UAE.
• Experience within marketing, advertising, digital services, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
