Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the used vehicle market, trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
• Engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of pre-owned vehicles.
• Successfully manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of sales and financing arrangements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance dealership visibility and attract new customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating and closing sales, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Adept at using CRM tools and other software for sales management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the used vehicle sales sector or a thorough understanding of automotive sales processes.
• Relevant certifications or training in sales or automotive fields.
